Straight answers
Stamp duty, lenders, tenancies, Article 4: ask the question you think is too basic.
What happens once you're in
- You agree to eight short rules. They're short so you'll actually read them.
- Three quick questions (where you're buying, your budget, your goal) unlock the channels that match you. That's also how deal pings find you later, and you can change your answers any time in Channels & Roles.
- Say hello in #introductions and post the deal, postcode or question you're wrestling with. Members who post in week one get far more out of it.
One safety rule worth repeating:
Housetrix staff will never DM you first, and nobody legitimate will ever sell you a deal in your DMs. Anyone who does is a scammer. Report them in the server.
